Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FounderTLDR (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FounderTLDR monitors YouTube channels you select, analyzes their content with AI, and delivers summaries and a personalized email digest. The Service depends on third-party platforms (such as YouTube) and AI models whose output may be incomplete or inaccurate; it is provided for informational purposes and is not professional advice.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe.
• New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Unless you subscribe, access is limited when the trial ends.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to break any law or infringe others' rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service's output as your own automated product without permission;
• abuse the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

The Service, including its software and design, belongs to us. The underlying videos and transcripts belong to their respective owners; we do not claim ownership of third-party content. You retain ownership of the content you provide.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
